Figured this would take time so after not hearing anything and having dropped vehicle off the night before I texted and got no response. Called 30 minutes later and was told our contact person was on phone and needed to leave message. Explained to person on phone and again in voice mail that we would need to know ASAP when truck would be ready because it was so late in day needed to find a ride out. NO response, texted again at 7;30pm and no response. Went to pick truck up next day....was told our contact person had to leave early the day before! On top of that the estimates for insurance were not done and the contact person said he saw that but wasn't sure what was meant by it. Then said no appointment was made for body shop! I was transferred from service to body shop to make appointment for same day as service and was told they would get the truck when service was done!! Also, specified one of the issues was shifting weird again and that cylinders were replaced a few months ago and it was starting to do same thing again...was told nothing wrong and this was how these trucks shift!! Will be finding a new dealership to work with... More

What is the point of making an appointment if the wait time is going to be excessive anyway? A little disappointing this time I usually have a great experience. Matt Ross is fantastic! This service time I was being helped by DJ. Who was nice enough. I had my car towed in I usually have a great experience. Matt Ross is fantastic! This service time I was being helped by DJ. Who was nice enough. I had my car towed in Tuesday night (my car was overheating) for my Wednesday at 7:45am service time. When I didn’t hear anything by 2:45pm I texted the Duane (who is apparently DJ) at the number that was sent to me when the car was dropped off. When I didn’t hear anything by 3pm in response I called the main number and found out that DJ was my service assistant. He wasn’t at his phone so I left a message. I got a phone call back about 45 minutes later. I finally found out what was wrong with my car and that they had to order parts, but the whole thing was covered by my extended warranty. He didn’t think the car would be done that night, he offered me a loaner car but assured me that the car would be ready the next morning. I said it was fine and that we could wait till the next day. Thursday, I called to speak to DJ after 12:40pm and I hadn’t heard anything from him. He wasn’t at his phone so I left a message. I finally heard back a half hour later when he said that they had wanted to know if I wanted them to service something unrelated to why the car came in. I declined and he said that the car should be ready in about 1 hour but he would call me just in case they ran into any other issues. DJ called me back around 2:50pm and said the car needed a half hour and then will be good to go and have me the number to Mike who could give me a courtesy ride. I called mike and he said he would be able to come get me around 4pm. I decided to cancel my ride with Mike because the time was inconvenient. When we got to the dealership the girl who was at the window to handle “pickups” had no idea where the car was so my husband had to search for the car. (Luckily he was there because I broke my ankle and am on partial weight bearing). More
