That being said, the last couple of times that I brought my vehicle there, when picking up my truck, noticed things that shouldn’t have happened. Grease on my rear carpet, scratches on the box of the truck and greasy finger prints on a newly installed headliner. The people doing the work on my car obviously don’t treat their customers vehicles like they would expect their own vehicles to be treated. I’m very disappointed as I’ve had good experiences with DeNooyer in the past but it might be time to move on. Maybe having such big sales as far as volume takes away from customer service, who knows. Their commercials are misleading. More
