Delays I had a 7:15am appointment and didn’t hear from anyone all day. I finally called sometime between 2pm & 3pm for a status and was put through to a voi I had a 7:15am appointment and didn’t hear from anyone all day. I finally called sometime between 2pm & 3pm for a status and was put through to a voice mail by the receptionist twice. I received a (timely) call back and was told that the tech left earlier in the day due to an emergency and nobody realized that my car was on the lift sitting there with no diagnosis or work performed. Everything was diagnosed and repaired the next day (parts were in stock), so if it was handled properly the first day I would not have been without my car for the second day (nor would I have incurred a charge for a rental car for the second day). Then I was told that there was an issue with Denooyer submitting my warranty claim because of a computer problem (something to do with a login or password), I didn’t want to leave my car there yet another day so I was forced to pay for it myself and was told to submit the warranty claim on my own. I’m not that familiar with the repair process and perhaps this is par for the course...but it was a very frustrating experience. More

Quick service I hadn't been paying attention and got notice that my oil life was down to 5% - nothing to panic about but in 24 hours I would be driving to New Jers I hadn't been paying attention and got notice that my oil life was down to 5% - nothing to panic about but in 24 hours I would be driving to New Jersey and was not really comfortable with going that far and back with low oil - I usually give ample notice and make an appointment for service knowing how busy the service people are but I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I stopped in and explained my situation. Matt was wonderful, asked if I could leave it for an hour or so - or wait - and he would get me in right away. It was taken care of and I felt very grateful and now comfortable about going out of state. More
