Fast and friendly! Called the day before and they scheduled me in for the next day. Service I was bringing in my 2016 suburban for a 15,000 mile service state inspection and wiper blades to be replaced. Service Dept Easy processing and very accommodating. One question: after the oil change, why did the "oil life remaining" indicate that it was at 99%. DeNooyer must have some great training .... not only did this person get in my face when he came from behind the counter but he wanted to make sure he screamed at me louder than i could ...5 months remover from quad bypass surgery didn't let me scream as loud as him .... as for management closing his door instead of coming out to see what was going on he shut the door ....well Denooyer i'm sure this is all on camera go look and tell me what you saw ....You have no ......This will all be sent to gm regardless of if this is printed or not ... pretty sure this won't make the list of negative comments More
