Sell lemons and can’t make lemonades with out the sugar. They have no sugar. Service dept forgets to put in bolts- do not listen to customer so after 3 trips finally say what is wrong with the vehicle and i They have no sugar. Service dept forgets to put in bolts- do not listen to customer so after 3 trips finally say what is wrong with the vehicle and it’s what you told them. They might fix it or just tell you they did. You have to argue with them to honor the extended warranty. They threaten to charge with a diagnostic fee if you choose not to get work done there but never tell you any estimate before hand on what the fee would be. I hate this place and can’t wait to get an electric car. More

I had an inspection done on my Chev.Equinox, and had new filters engine and cabin installed, as the vehicle is from 2022. figured better now. I had GM Rewards I wanted to use, and there wasn't any problem or issues. He understood my requests, and job was completed. And in a timely matter. I will be looking into a front end alignment, but tech said they were alright right now, to pass inspection. thank you for your great service. More
I am a loyal customer, but this service experience was well below par! It was not the actual workmanship, which was fine, it was the lack of communication between the dealership and the customer. My vehicle was in for a warranty issue that a part had to be ordered; I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. 10 days later I started calling the dealership, three separate times I was promised a call back from either the service writer or the service manager. After the fourth call the person that answered finally found that the part was in and had been in. It then took another 2 weeks before an available appointment. So, for a month I could not open my driver’s door from the inside. You need to do better! More
My truck went in at 8am for NYS inspection, oil change, and a software update. I figured it would be done by noon. I called at 1pm, 2:30, & 3:30. Got sent to VM every time and nobody called me back.
