This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. We were on a 1000 mile road trip from Florida and brought the car in for a leaking front tire. I had a tire blow out while I was in Alabama, not your average blow out for sure. I put on the spare and made it to my destination. The following day I went and replaced the 2 rear tires and made my way average blow out for sure. I put on the spare and made it to my destination. The following day I went and replaced the 2 rear tires and made my way home to New York. I took my truck to a local body shop where they did a poor excuse of an estimate. My truck is an extended cab with an 8' bed, they knew they were not getting the job because it would not fit in their paint shop. I then took it to DeNooyer Chevrolet's body shop in Colonie. I received first class service from my first encounter. They went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company, making sure all damage was documented, then repaired, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I understand the supply chain issues, things being on back order, and other variables out of their control, yet they never made excuses, kept me informed and I always felt they were straight with me. When I picked up my truck, it looked like a brand new truck. The quality of the workmanship was evident everywhere you looked. If I ever need any repair service in the future, I will certainly make DeNooyer my first stop. More
