He said he knows more than they do ..... that's right he knows more ... DeNooyer must have some great training .... not only did this person get in my face when he came from behind the counter but he wanted to make sure he screamed at me louder than i could ...5 months remover from quad bypass surgery didn't let me scream as loud as him .... as for management closing his door instead of coming out to see what was going on he shut the door ....well Denooyer i'm sure this is all on camera go look and tell me what you saw ....You have no ......This will all be sent to gm regardless of if this is printed or not ... pretty sure this won't make the list of negative comments More

Great service, but the customer service was way off Car said I had 3% oil life, sticker said I had another 1,000 miles before oil change. Called to see if I had any free oil changes left, Was told I had Car said I had 3% oil life, sticker said I had another 1,000 miles before oil change. Called to see if I had any free oil changes left, Was told I had used the last one the day before??? What? I haven’t been in for anything the day before. Scheduled appt. arrived for appt and found I had not been scheduled. Took my car in anyway. When done driving home, I noticed the sticker for next oil change was 1,000 miles. Crazy place, needs to do some serious customer service training! Scott Towne was awsome. More
Awesome place ! Ryan "rush" was great to work with . He got us the car we wanted for a great price! All around great service I normally deal with Dwayne Lockrow who is excellent but he was on vacation so I worked with John Cordi who was also excellent to work with. They set me up with a lender car knowing my car was going to be in for the night so tat def made things easy on me getting back and forth to work. John went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was updated on what was wrong with the car and it was ready the next morning! They run a class A service department there and I will continue to buy/lease my vehicles through them because of how they treat me and the service they provide!! More

Service found nothi Purchased a 3 year old "certified pre-owned vehicle," within the first week had to bring it back for a problem with the rear axle. Service found nothing. Vehicle continued with same issue, brought in again. After 16 days in shop, issue was finally fixed. Requested the 2nd key promised at delivery to be done while it was there also. Picked up car, no 2nd key. Girl at pick up window said no one there to help me since it was after 5. Left voicemail and sent email, still no response from anyone at dealership and still no 2nd key. Very dissappointing experience. More

Communication issues While most of my visits have been straight forward, I arrived to chaos. The Business Development Office didn’t inform the Service Department of the ap While most of my visits have been straight forward, I arrived to chaos. The Business Development Office didn’t inform the Service Department of the appointment I made. Luckily I was able to be seen for an oil change and to have wipers replaced. I didn’t notice that one wiper had to be ordered and required a return trip until I got to my vehicle and read through the report. The service technician didn’t communicate with the staff person who was handling my visit. While I will be back, these issues make waste of my time and require me to review everything for hidden notes. Thanks to Dwane Lockrow for being accommodating and not placing the blame on the customer. He’s an asset to your service department and does his best to satisfy the customer. More
