Didn’t scrap the old sticker off just left it and put the new one half way down the window. Prices are out of control. Listened to them charge an older lady $1500 for brakes. The old faces are gone. when I arrived for my appointment Mr Lockrow was the only attendant there. He was eating so after abt 5 min he didn't acknowledge me so I asked if he was the only person there. He said yes. I then said I tho attendant there. He was eating so after abt 5 min he didn't acknowledge me so I asked if he was the only person there. He said yes. I then said I thought you were on lunch. He asked if he could help me. Things went well after that. To me the first impression is very important. More
