I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, all the way from Dalton, Massachusetts. After my service was complete and I paid the bill, I noticed my tires were not rotated! I then had to go back in to the service department and explain I noticed my tires were not rotated. The service writer then had my truck taken back in the shop to have the tires rotated. I just want you all to know that I lost a lot of trust in Denooyer Chevrolet. If i failed to mark my wheels and paid for the tire rotation i would have never known it wasn’t done. I drove over an hour to keep my relationship with this dealership. More
