Chris is wonderful, hard worker, very professional. I had to go to NYC for work, day of my appointment. I had an awesome service experience at DeNooyer this week! Blew out a tire and got towed in. Jonathan Cordi went above and beyond to coordinate my unique tire replacement and to sort out my tire warra week! Blew out a tire and got towed in. Had my truck appraised for a possible trade in and all I got was a low ball KBB instant cash offer via email. Never heard from anyone about it and when I spoke with a Mike Miller from the dealership regard got was a low ball KBB instant cash offer via email. Never heard from anyone about it and when I spoke with a Mike Miller from the dealership regarding the appraisal, he wasn't even aware that I was just there with the truck to appraise it for a trade in. Which he stated he would speak with management about it and get back to me by the end of the day with an update.
