Representative is courteous and try to explain issues observed in the vehicle in simple language though I forgot to ask to apply some coupons I had during billing. I got the vehicle back after the service, noticed one of the wheel is having low pressure and seems kind of leakage. Not sure how it passed the state inspection. It was too late for me to go back again and inform them as I was waiting there 2-3 hours and am not in a position to spend another couple of hours to fix this issue. Prakash. More
