My salesperson seemed distracted and treated me like an afterthought. He was no help with my insurance paperwork and didn’t respond to my last text in regard to an urgent request from my carrier, Geico. afterthought. Check in was easy and their inspection before service was thorough and helpful. My service agent was informative, helpful, friendly and polite.
