I took my son in yesterday to the used car division, I had called earlier around 5:15 PM, and spoke with a man who told me to come right in. He said to ask for the manager Zack that he would not be there. So around 5:45 PM my son and I arrived we asked for the manager named Zach, and was greeted by him. The first thing out of his mouth was saying that no one wants to stay till 8 PM on a Friday night. This made my son and I extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were not welcome there. He then proceeded to tell me that I was late for my appointment and I should’ve been there by 5 PM, which I then told him I did not speak to someone until 5:15pm and explain to them that I was coming in and I was 15+ minutes away. he adamantly told me I had an appointment at 5 PM, wish I know I didn’t. The whole time he made us feel like we were imposing on him and that he had somewhere to be. I’d highly recommend getting a new manager if they want to keep that used sales division open. On the other hand the sales person was extremely nice gentleman. It was as if he almost knew his manager was completely out of line, I felt bad for him as he was trying to make up for the ill treatment. Depaula Chevrolet you need to do better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Will never go back either good luck. More
