Jeff Scott at DePaula did a great job in explaining what services needed to be carried out on my Vehicle. We worked through the vehicle history via CarFax and figured out a plan. Service department is terrible. Went for state inspection and was told 1hr or less. Took 2hr to complete it. Also no one greeted me at my car, I had to go find someone and then still had to wait to be checke and was told 1hr or less. Took 2hr to complete it. They also told me they had to jump start my car which isn’t possible unless they left something on which drained the battery. Since they then tried to sell me a battery it felt like they used it to scare me into buying their overpriced battery for over $220 when the same battery at the auto parts store across the street was $160 ($173 including tax) with free install. Unreasonably long service times and unhappy or even rude service staff has been an ongoing problem at this dealership. It seems like anyone that does a good job and is polite doesn’t stay their long at all. Not impressed. More

By the time I made it to the cashier (which was another 10 minute line) she told me to bring it back to service for the coupon? No thanks, here's your money good bye... Both the service tech lady and the cashier were friendly, but it took forever. I had to call and find out what was going on with my truck because nobody called me, then I never recieved a call after my initial call when everybody was to busy? So I called a second time 2hrs later? Just very Unorganized... More
