appointment set for 4:00pm completion time told 5:15 for scheduled oil change. Employee comes out at 5:10pm to let me know the are just now bring vehicle in to be serviced. Scheduling is not consistent with staffing. My car was there for 4 days! For an inspection and a couple of warranty checks that probably took 1 hour. No loaner cars provided.
