Scheduled appointment for an engine light diagnostic for a Monday. Dropped off car Monday morning. They didn’t even look at car until Wednesday. It was hard to get a hold of service advisor for status upd a Monday. Dropped off car Monday morning. They didn’t even look at car until Wednesday. It was hard to get a hold of service advisor for status updates as their voicemail box was full. Called main dealership line and wasn’t able to get through. Was hung up on once while on hold. Finally texted advisor and they responded to that. Day that the car was looked at they more responsive. They shouldn’t have allowed a scheduled Monday appointment if they couldn’t get to it until Wednesday. More
