I had never been to a Dick Dean dealership, but 15 yrs. ago I had a friend who had a bad experience with another DD dealership that left a bad taste in her mouth (sleazy, manipulative, phony salesman and f ago I had a friend who had a bad experience with another DD dealership that left a bad taste in her mouth (sleazy, manipulative, phony salesman and finance guy), so I was hesitant to begin the buying process here . Not anymore! Ben eliminated all those used car salesman stereotypes. He was friendly, honest, and open about pricing, the condition of the car I was interested, answered all my questions, and took care of my concerns right away. He and "Finance Ben" are the poster children for how much the car business has changed for the better. Great experience all around. Thank you, Ben! More
