The Covid situation with the chip shortage meant tha experience working with Paul Thoman/Dean Team Dealership in purchasing my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The Covid situation with the chip shortage meant that I had to order my car in early June. Paul mentioned it might be anywhere from August to December or maybe even later so I was pleasantly surprised when it came in late August. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and answered all my questions. More

Upcharge of $2000 which was not the price advertised on Cars.com. Tedious negotiation over mostly nothing and classic games like "I have to talk to my manager".
