Instead of me dropping my car off after the zoo, he offered to pick up my car from work while I was working to fix the light that they neglected to do in the first place. He said he would call me at 11:00am to let me know that someone was on the way. Tuesday 4/10/23: No one called until closer to 12:00pm and no one showed up to get my car for almost an hour after that. I got off work around 2:30 and had to find a ride home because my car still wasn’t back. Hours go by when I get a knock on my door. A man handed me my keys and said he left my car in guest parking which isn’t close instead of bringing it to my condo… ALL of this being ridiculous, I call Wade requesting that he knocked off the oil change after having to deal with this horrendous experience. He flat out said no, I won’t do that for you. I believe we went above and beyond for you today but I can give you a free oil change next time. After the unprofessional phone call ended, I reviewed my receipt once again and noticed that I was indeed charged for the labor that Wade claims to have knocked off. Mistake #6. Since then, I have called twice 2 weeks in a row and left a message for the general manager Matt to discuss these issues and have yet to hear back from anyone. More

I have had 3 recall notices about my 2017 Hyundai and have contacted the dealership 2 times. The first time I was told that the parts weren't available and I would get a call back later. I got the last notice early last week and called and left a message for the service manager Wade Knuckels. Never called back. Since this recall mentions a cabin fire I think this is serious. Is it to them???? More

Since the first days we walked into the showroom and into the service department, we've always felt that they wanted us to be satisfied customers and valued our business. More
