We looked at a couple different cars. Wes gave us knowledgeable and helpful information on both. We went with the Outback and we love it! Mark McNulty, the finance manager, what a nice and genuine person. Glad we got to know you. One problem, or so we thought, our new to us Subaru had a badge on the back we had not noticed. Our nineteen year old son quickly pointed it out. It said, "my 3rd Subaru". I thought for a moment, well I had one 30 years ago...then it hit me...my name was on the title of my daughter's first car(a 2001 Outback). Not to take anything away from God's grace, the design of that Subaru helped her to walk away from an accident that could have taken her life! Problem solved, My 3rd Subaru! Wes and Mark, thank you! Paul Biermann contacted us shortly and asked just the right questions to determine what we wanted. We communicated very simply with a couple of phone calls and texts. Paul had multiple cars for us to choose from and had a couple staged for us to test drive. There was a casual simplicity to the test driving experience. Paul encouraged us to take all the time we needed. We love the Crosstrek! Additionally, he easily answered our questions about the differences between each vehicle to help us make a purchasing decision. We (well I) had a hard time deciding between the top two (2) cars. Paul was very patient while I waffled and did whatever he could to help me sort through it and decide. At the end of the day, we worked with Mike Harmon on the financial transaction. Mike was very friendly and respectful. He professionally covered all of the details and made sure we understood everything by answering our questions. Again, this part of the experience was pretty simple. The next morning, we picked up our new car. We can't say enough great things about Adam Smith and how he reviewed all of the features of our new car with us. Adam was friendly and down to earth while exhibiting a professional mannerism that simply said, "I love Subaru!". We explained to Adam that we like to kayak and wanted to understand our options for protecting our key fobs while on the water. He explained how pin code access works and demonstrated how to use the manual key can also be used. Adam was patient with me as I asked questions about each feature he reviewed. I never felt rushed and no question was a bad one. Thank you Paul, Mike and Adam! We will be telling all of our friends and family about the surprisingly simple and refreshingly friendly vehicle purchasing experience we had at Deam Team Subaru! More

Obviously the products are excellent---but what makes this sales team a cut above the others is the focus on listening to my individual preferences (which were out of the ordinary. )They went out of their way to double-search their inventory and made sure I ended up with my unusual requests. I wanted a particular set of features and they presented every car that included what I asked for, even to the extent of offering to add leather seats to the vehicle in the color I chose if necessary. Generous with time and attention to detail, they actually cared about what I needed in my car. What they found for me far surpassed my hopes in every possible way. I could not be happier with the deal that I got. Attitude is everything, guys. What a work ethic! The entire team stayed way beyond closing time to get all my papers in order. People and product! It has been a few weeks since I purchased my vehicle from Dean Team Subaru. The salesman working there was fair and all. My disappointment isn't toward his work, its more toward his manager. He was a nice and all guy, he accepted my final offer for the vehicle, which was great. The reason I give them only 2 stars is, because after checking my credit score, which I like to keep an eye on, I was hit with 5 hard inquiries on that day. All from them checking financing options for myself. They did not inform me they were running my credit every time, they only informed me once to make sure I could purchase the vehicle, that's it. Just once. Not 5 times. Now, because of this, my credit has taken a toll and its gonna take 2 years until that is removed from my credit history. Pretty unsatisfied. More
