When I walked in the door looking for a new WRX STi Andrew proceeded to show me exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions I had. He treated me like an adult and didn't blow me off because of my age (which most dealers seem to do) which I greatly appreciated. Extremely down to earth and friendly. I never even considered another dealer after the first time in Dean Team! More

John, the person who helped me with the purchase of my vehicle listened to what I wanted, showed me options, was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me and demonstrated great customer service. When I told John I was going to trade in my vehicle he immediately had someone look at it so I would know what my trade in would be. There was no pressure, just a great seamless experience in buying g a major purchase. All of the employees we came in contact with including Jason the person who handled the financial aspect of our experience was great. John is very customer oriented and is great in what he does More

Very poor experience I put down a deposit to purchase a Suburu Forester from Tony Wright. He told me that he was putting a "sold" sign in the vehicle and that it was mine I put down a deposit to purchase a Suburu Forester from Tony Wright. He told me that he was putting a "sold" sign in the vehicle and that it was mine. Given a busy travel schedule, it was going to be 10 days before I could get in to pick up the car. I was told two days later that this wasn't acceptable and they had sold the car to another buyer. Tony told me up front that the experience at The Dean Team was different than other car dealers. I did not find this to be the case. More

They were very competitive with pricing and didn't play games. They honored the price listed on the website and didn't give me the run-around that I had gotten at other dealers e.g.(this price only applies if you meet long list of criteria people seldom meet). Richard was laid back and was not the typical high pressure auto sales guy. Jason with finance was also very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me for all the extras. He also gave me valuable financial advise at no extra charge! I will buy again from him and recommend to all my friends. More
