Warranty issues, Service manager stepped up, made it right! We purchased my daughter a car in January 2019 at 97,000 miles. Bought extended warranty to cover for next 60,000. At 105,000 a part of her transmissi We purchased my daughter a car in January 2019 at 97,000 miles. Bought extended warranty to cover for next 60,000. At 105,000 a part of her transmission went out. Thought this would be covered under warranty and took to a local shop. After the local mechanic, myself and husband made several calls back and forth to the Warranty company, found this was a situation that was not covered (as Subaru had an extended warranty on this car due to transmission issues but only up to 100,000). Warranty company said because Subaru had acknowledged issues they would not cover. Because of it being am "anomaly" and Eric's dedication to making things right, he was able to get this covered by Subaru. I know he spent several hours on the phone with our local dealer, the warranty company and Subaru of America to get his repair fixed. From the first time I talked to Eric he was confident, customer driven and dedicated to making this right. He kept me updated frequently throughout the process and has earned a life time customer because of this exemplary customer service. Thank- you Eric and the Dean Team! More

Andrew did a fantastic job going over all the details and keeping us informed. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and took his time to show my wife and I how to use the multiple options included with the vehicle. Who knew car buying could be fun? Being "those people" who purchase a new vehicle every 1-2 years, we've visited A LOT of dealerships. We previously owned a VW Jetta and have utilized the Dean Team VW side of the dealership for the past 3 years when we needed service. The staff has always been extremely nice and accommodating. Over the past month we've spent countless hours researching our next vehicle and wavered between another Jetta or upgrading to a Legacy. Ryan Troll was there every step of the way helping us debate the differences in the two vehicles and figure out what would best suite our needs. Once we FINALLY arrived at a decision, Ryan took the time to find the EXACT vehicle we were looking for at another dealership and have the transfer setup. The day of purchase it was clear the entire team valued our time and made sure to complete the transaction in a timely manner, without sacrificing customer service. All our questions were answered and it took no more than an hour for us to drive away in our new Legacy. Thanks to Ryan Troll and Pete Ostlund for making this an amazing experience.
