Strait forward honest salesman with good dealership support. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to look at new cars for out daughter. Were introduced to Matt who took care of us and answered all questions. We ende Came in on a Saturday afternoon to look at new cars for out daughter. Were introduced to Matt who took care of us and answered all questions. We ended up taking a 2019 Jetta, base model with a safety package, for a test drive. They had several vehicles in different colors. The test drive went well and Matt knew the car inside and out. Writhin 30 min of completing the test drive we offered a price from a competitor. The offer was accepted shortly after without any further haggling with a caviot that we can change the color if the car is in stock and at the same MSRP. Put down a small deposit and came back on Monday afternoon for the remaining paperwork. We ended up selecting a different color over the weekend and let Matt know. Matt and the dealership honored their word. On Monday Matt made sure the car was ready for us in the afternoon and we test drove the color we selected. We discussed all other optional warranties and prices with Matt without any pressure. Did not purchase anything additional that we did not want. We proceeded to sign all peperwork and loan agreement without any pressure from a business manager. . We came back in the evening with our daughter to pick it up.
