I typically do a fair amount of research on my own before I visit the dealer and most time have been disappointed to find out I know as much or more than the typical sales person. I was blown away by Richard's in depth knowledge of the Atlas as well as its competitors. In addition, Richard was willing to spend significant time with us throughout the purchase process without being pushy or making us feel rushed.
