Dyamond was intelligent, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My in-house service writer was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident that he understood my needs and concerns. He provided me with a loaner vehicle (rented from the Enterprise office next door). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and called when there was a question. Very happy with the personal and professional treatment I received and will be a regular customer in the future. More

Informative and helpful I went to multiple dealerships for not only Subaru’s but multiple cars, but no one made me feel at ease as much as the two salesmen at dean team! The first day when I had just started looking for a new vehicle John Ostlund went with me on a test drive and was very informative about all the features and packages available to me. I came back about a week later once I had decided the crosstrek would be the best for me and Dayo Alara helped me narrow my search for the exact package that fitted my needs. He was extremely helpful in getting me the deal that worked best for me. Overall my experience was overly satisfactory ten out of ten would come back for more business! More

Great service - straightforward process Bought a used car from Paul Biermann at Dean Team. Showed me all the features of the car. Addressed some minor items with the car upon my request, and worked with my schedule with the kids and wife. Overall, a great experience. There was a minor problem when the safety inspection expired prior to me being able to pay sales tax. They got me in for another inspection quickly, and saved my Saturday. I would recommend them. I went there because no one else had a Subaru Outback in stock and I got a preowned one that met my criteria. I also met my sales person Carl Schaeffer & the rest of the team. Carl & the team made everything go so smoothly that when my car was totaled I immediately thought of them. I was ever so happy to find that Carl could assist me again! I knew that I needed a vehicle & even though because of the accident I felt uneasy about getting on the roads again, Carl & the team made everything run so smoothly that it put me at ease.
