Just bad customer service We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it on hail damage that I bought car with (hail sale), I also bought a service plan to the tune of 2200$ I think. For the cars first service all was fine. Now the last 2 services they claim they can't find it. I have a slight vibration at 21k miles and they are trying to charge me $50 to get it fixed (tire balance). Another dealership near 44 did this on my wifes 2014 last year no questions asked, exact same isue vibration at 15k miles . We will not be back to this dealer for anything from now on, tried of getting jerked around over something we paid for already. Hopefully someone in the dean family sees this, but they are probably to busy thing to start a rap and sound affects career to care. Just another stealer ship here I spoke to Matt THE Manager AND While He Was Able To REMOVE THE CHARGE, He Was Very CONDISENDING, Was Saying From Driving On Dirt RoadS We Do NOT Live On A Dirt road, Really Dude YOU Been To My House Before AND Know It's A Dirt Road ??? It's not look at Google maps.... Eric has been nice in the past but today he was not, don't bother talking to Jeff his job is make you pay as much as possible. Everyone there treats me like a dumb customer, I made a v6 camaro run low 11s in the drag race 1/4 mile I know a thing or to about every area of a car. More

We know we can always count on them, no matter the size of our service need. We maintain multiple cars at this facility, and each time I go in, I can have a very productive conversation with them about our service goals. On our newer vehicle I appreciate their efficient, reliable service and advising. In addition to that, on our older vehicle, I especially appreciate their patient and competent troubleshooting. They really listen to the customer and understand how to work with the customer as part of the service team. We wouldn't service our vehicles anywhere else. More

Amazing service manager, Eric Harrelson!! When we were looking for a car, we got excellent help in the process from Pete Ostlund, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Since then, we have also purchased another Outback through our office and, from a private seller, a 2006 Subaru Baja. Eric Harrelson has been FANTASTIC at getting us in conveniently and expediently for routine maintenance, and when we had major repairs to do on the Baja and some warranty work on the Outback, he always makes sure we have a car to drive, even letting us use his one time!! He greets me by name when he sees me, and knew somehow that I am called "Dr Mark" by my patients and always greets me with this. I always ask specifically for Eric because he does an amazing job, and he is a key reason we will continue to have Subarus. SO thankful to have him as our service manager!!! More
I trust Eric and his colleagues 100%! We ONLY use the Dean Team Ballwin location to service our two VWs and one Subaru. Even as one of the VWs is getting quite old (165 K miles, 2003), I We ONLY use the Dean Team Ballwin location to service our two VWs and one Subaru. Even as one of the VWs is getting quite old (165 K miles, 2003), I always wonder when we should "stop fixing it". I love that old car and Eric understands what we want. We trust not only his opinion, but that of his colleagues as well. When my car needs to be replaced, I will buy form the Dean Team in Ballwin again for sure. Service goes hand-in-hand with sales; it is a team effort and the whole crew deserves this rating. More
