Thank you Doug! I wrecked my car so I needed to get a new one asap and, being female, I was not looking forward to having to deal with a car salesman. I found a car I wrecked my car so I needed to get a new one asap and, being female, I was not looking forward to having to deal with a car salesman. I found a car that I liked online at Delaware Cadillac and made an appointment for a test drive. From the moment he greeted me, Doug made me feel welcome and at ease. Thanks to Doug, at no point throughout the entire process did I feel uncomfortable - no super sales pitch, no pressure, no car gibberish that I don't understand. Doug is very professional yet fun and funny to work with! A few hours later I had the car that I wanted and was totally please with the entire process - thank you Doug!!!! More
