I had an appointment for a tire change and when I arrived I stood at the service desk area for nearly two minutes without being noticed. I had to say something to two services writers to get attention. Rober I stood at the service desk area for nearly two minutes without being noticed. I had to say something to two services writers to get attention. Robert called me over and stated that tires for my vehicle were not available. Had to reschedule for the following day after it was realized my tires were in fact reserved through the parts dept. since I called the week before. Once that was figured out Robert did a great job in getting my service completed. More
