He's quick to respond to my questions and has gone above and beyond what would normally be expected of a service liaison. He even helped to research and find better pricing for tires/installation, which wasn't even part of the initial service order. The rest of the team at the dealership is always pleasant and helpful as well. More

After a routine service, my egolf began behaving erratically. After 40k absolutely trouble free miles I thought the two facts were connected. They disagreed.
