As car buying tends to go it was an above average overall experience. It took two different test drives and maybe a total of 30 minutes to decide on the buy but two and a half hours to finish the paperwork. experience. Gerard was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would suggest that a more extended initial orientation to the myriad and complex features of a new vehicle like this would be greatly appreciated.
