After diving for 6 hours with a confirmed price that was negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. Disappointing that the cost of diagnosis was as much as the repair. It would have made more sense to just replace the parts without diagnosis for $700 rather than pay $1400 for an oil change, diagnosis and the repair.
