Even though we told him we were not looking to purchase a new vehicle until October 2024, which was our original plan, he did not dismiss us and was polite and took the time to answer our preliminary questions. Andy and his Sales Manager were instrumental in securing the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealer. Andy kept us informed on how things were progressing, made the process seamless and delivered a great car buying experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Andy Hitzemann and Don Ayres Honda. More

They are going through a remodel so I shouldn't judge them too harshly. The location to take my vehicle for service was not clearly marked. I had to ask someone where to go. The intake process was chaotic with the mass of vehicles and people running around. The waiting room was unacceptable for a company such as this. The were no working restrooms in the building, but did have port-a-jons and restrooms in the other buildings. I did like my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had. I felt like he did what he could to make stay there as pleasant as possible, and make my wait time as minimal as possible. More
