Very unprofessional Don Ayres Honda is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My Wife and I have been searching a long time for the perfect SUV for her. She finally found the SUV that Don Ayres Honda is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My Wife and I have been searching a long time for the perfect SUV for her. She finally found the SUV that had everything she wanted at Don Ayres Honda on Lima Rd, Fort Wayne, IN. She want to look at it but after waiting 20 minutes with no help, she went inside and found someone to talk to about the SUV and test drive it. Mr. Jeff Ward talked to her. After test driving it, she decided that she would like to purchase it. They would not budge on the price, acting like my Wife was a dime a dozen customer and that there were customers lined up to buy the SUV. The SUV is Beautiful but also has been on the market for a month already, only five people viewed it on cars.com, it has been stolen before and also has a big chunk of missing paint on the door! When she asked Mr. Ward about the SUV having theft recovered on the report, he acted like he knew nothing about it. Finally, I told my Wife to leave and don't buy it! Later on that night, Mr. Ward texted my Wife and told her that after calling 25 different banks, the best interest rate he found was 5.3. BS! For one, he didn't call 25 banks on a Saturday at 4:00! For two, my Wife's credit score is 815 and mine is 800! My Wife really wanted the SUV, so she called 3 Rivers the next day and they laughed at the score that Mr. Ward told her and gave her a interest rate in lower 3s! So while she was waiting the check from 3 Rivers Credit Union, Mr. Ward texted her and asked if she was on her way and try to hurry because he was leaving soon. My Wife finally arrived with check and while waiting, Mr. Ward said he would be back, he was going to fill the SUV tank up with gas. He got back and handed her the keys. Almost home, she looked at the gas gauge and it wasn't even on half tank! You spend $30,000 on a vehicle and they can't fill the tank up? SMH...Finally I got home from work and my Wife was showing the SUV to me when I looked down and noticed some grass and dirt on the carpet on the drivers side, which made us notice that there were no floor mats in the car! She called Mr. Ward and told them that they forgot the floor mats and he told her that the vehicle didn't come with floor mats, that's how they got the vehicle. Even if that was true (which I can't believe on a 2015 Toyota highlander), they could have bought some! Not how I would do business!! So then I asked my Wife to put the other key fob on my key ring and she said it only came with one key fob! I have never bought a car in my life with one set of keys and no floor mats!!! So after purchasing a $30,000 vehicle from Mr. Ward and Don Ayres, we have to put another couple hundred dollars in floor mats, key fob and missing paint!!! I don't know if this is how Mr. Ward and Don Ayres treats Woman customers? Or all of there customers? You guys bought our SUV from an auction and probable got it for around $19,000! So I hope Mr. Ward and Don Ayres enjoys there nice commission they made from my very hard working/honest Wife! More

The price of the car was fair, and I was offered an extra warranty ( which is an extra cost) if I wanted an extended warranty from the dealership. All in all a good experience and would buy a car here again. More

Jackson was both knowledgeable and personable I found a vehicle online that I was extremely interested in purchasing, however I live 2 hours away. Upon inquiring about the vehicle, Jackson contact I found a vehicle online that I was extremely interested in purchasing, however I live 2 hours away. Upon inquiring about the vehicle, Jackson contacted me in a timely manner and offered to send me a video of the vehicle. He walked out to the lot and took a personal video, inside and out, pointing out any flaws that it had, as it was a 2015 model. I had some questions, which he quickly answered via phone conversation and I confirmed that we would be in on Monday to see the vehicle in person. I texted that morning to let Jackson know we were on our way. Jackson, along with other employees were friendly, helpful and made the experience a good one. I have never made a large purchase such as this on my own before and I want to thank all those involved for making me feel as comfortable as possible when doing so. AND I love my Dodge Charger!!!
