We had our first choice sold an hour before we were going to purchase it and we we were not very happy about that. And we let Darrin know it. We weren't too kind. We calmed down and worked with Darrin to locate another vehicle. As it turned out, the car we purchased was more like what we wanted and as it turns out was a better fit for my wife. Great service experience I arrived with my Honda CRV towed behind my truck. The service manager came right over and asked what was wrong with my CRV. I think because it was to I arrived with my Honda CRV towed behind my truck. The service manager came right over and asked what was wrong with my CRV. I think because it was towed in he thought I had something seriously wrong. "we don't see too many come in like this" he said. I told him I was just bringing it in for regular service and I thought I would visit Mom and run some errands while I was in Fort Wayne. They estimated that they would be done in about 3 hours. As I was headed back to pick the car up, two and a half hours later, they called me and said the car was done. Great job and GREAT service! More
