(seems tire dealers are the only ones who'll do it for free) My attendant also told me to be happy with gas mileage that is less than advertised on the window sticker. Lloyd More

Great Dealership overall Great Dealership that does quality work. The only con I could think of is unnecessary maintenance services to line there pockets. Alot of the maintenance procedures aren't in my Honda Owner Manual and simply no mention of certain maintenance procedures from Honda themselves. I almost think they are made up by the dealer to gain extra revenue. Fuel Injection cleaner service? Power steering Flush? Stuff like that kind of erks me. I did go ahead with the Fuel injection service this one time only for the hell of it. Transmission fluid needs to be changed every 30,000 miles if you want the transmission to last. Buying a certified Honda Civic with 38,000 without it ever having transmission fluid change and Don Ayers telling me the fluid looks discolored and needs changed a month after I purchase the car doesn't sound real certified to me. I went and got the service because it needed changed before I even bought the car. Good practice is to change your transmission fluid every 30,000 miles or Sooner, every 12 months or 15,000 mile even better. More

The reason I'll continue to have, and recommend to have service done with them is that without fail, they are trustworthy and deliver what they promise. No excuses, no baloney, no dancing around promise they can't deliver upon. They are excellent, plain and simple. More

But when I got there I was pleased I honestly didn't think I was going to get anywhere when I visited the Don Ayers Honda dealership in Fort Wayne IN. But when I got there I was pleased with the friendly sales people there, I was just looking the first time so I left, but an e-mail from Jeff to "remaind me that they were still there" I came back and I could tell the difference in experience and friendliness from other dealerships, "and I have been in several of them in the past few months" 1st car I buy from Don Ayers and I thank from Jeff Gilmore, Carlo Borg and yes (there is an Italian Pizza in Wabash Carlo) to John Hoffman and everyone else I got to talk to for the attention it was given to me, they make me feel like a person.
