I have been dealing with Don Ayres since 1980 and can honestly say I have never had one bad experience with any area of this dealership. Their sales staff are not pushy or aggressive and are helpful even honestly say I have never had one bad experience with any area of this dealership. Very pleasant. We went just for an oil change. Then finding out we had near future high expense things needed, we decided to buy a new vehicle. However, while in We went just for an oil change. However, while in the finance office to go over all the “maintenance” options, I for the first time found out that Honda is no longer all Honda parts. This is one thing that always brought us back to Honda. Finding this out literally totally made me very upset. To the point of not even wanting the vehicle. This will be our first vehicle that is not all “Honda”. I am not upset with our salesman, Rick Kruger who we’ve dealt with for umpteen years, He is one of the best salesman anyone would want to deal with. Nor am I upset with Jackson, the Finance person. He was so caring and understanding my emotional upset. Through all of this with Jackson, he is the reason I didn’t back out on our vehicle purchase. However, now we’ll find out how our Honda is without being :all” Honda. I have always highly recommended Honda to friends and always mentioned Honda is the best because they are”all” Honda!
