I came in a year ago today to look at a traverse that they had. Harold was amazing. He made everything happen and I was able to get the vehicle that same day. They even went above and beyond to help me w they had. Harold was amazing. He made everything happen and I was able to get the vehicle that same day. I am so grateful to the team at Don Ringler Chevrolet for providing exceptional service while getting me into my new Trailblazer. Having spent three and a half years as a Don Ringler employee, it was a pleas providing exceptional service while getting me into my new Trailblazer. Having spent three and a half years as a Don Ringler employee, it was a pleasure to return as a customer. The folks over there are truly special, and I know from experience that it is both a great place to work and an honest place to buy/service a vehicle. Alex Besst and David Orwig were very responsive and answered all my questions while preparing the deal before the car even hit the lot. Upon arrival, the car was in perfect condition and ready; all that was left was an informative test drive with James Knuth and paperwork signing with Morgan Schrode (rock stars!) I know behind the scenes, the car was thoroughly inspected, the window tint + door seals were installed, and the interior + exterior was detailed and cleaned before I arrived. For that, I am grateful to the service department and wash bay folks! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first new car. Thank you, Don Ringler Chevrolet! More
