Got to the dealership, customer service was great, found a car I wanted to test drive I went to donohoo Saturday, January 14, 2017 to purchase a car. Got to the dealership, customer service was great, found a car I wanted to test drive they quickly got the car ready for me. I test drove it for about a hour & a half. I was very pleased with the car, and was ready to buy. Got back to the dealership to purchase and they told me that someone else was already signing the papers for it. Disappointed wouldn't nearly me justice. Donohoo has a very nice inventory, and great customer service but the way they went about this whole situation was very displeasing. More

Mama got a SRX "caddy".. We were greeted by Valets, Sale staff, and an amazing receptionist at the desk! Shared what we were interested in, which cars we would like to look at, provide some paperwork, and waited less than 10 minutes for the first of our choices to be brought up to the Customer Experience lot. MO, was very good and led his team with enthusiasm! He answered a few questions for us about the vehicles we selected. Once we knew what we liked and I LOVED, we met with Keith Williams and he worked an amazing trade, deal, and financing! The Maintenance Department cleaned the new car up, helped us move our belongings for our trade vehicle, and then MO spent about 15 minutes explaining everything he knew about the car- which was a lot! Mama left smiling FOR SURE! The staff treated us respectfully as well as welcoming to our daughter and her friend while they patiently waited! Awesome experience all the way around! More
