Happy with 2015 Ford Explorer XLT Very happy with my new wheels. Only disappointment was that on website vehicle was advertised with remote start system. When I questioned the lack of this feature, I was told by sales person it was human error and not included in the vehicle. He offered to install remote starter at employees' cost of $549.00. Talking with Joe, Manager at Dorsch West where I purchased Explorer, he was sorry for the mistake and offered nothing further. My thought is that since they are a Ford dealer and I purchased a Ford from them, I should be able to rely on the information they provide on their website. After all, I found it on the internet. Again, I am very happy with the Explorer - just have that little bad taste in my mouth in the way this "mistake" was handled by the dealership. We all make mistakes, but we are also expected to correct them. Barbara V. More

Excellent service and great interaction. I went in preapproved at a rediculous rate for a used vehicle and l left with a brand new Escape at 1.9. I’m very very satisfied!!!!
