When I questioned the lack of this feature, I was told by sales person it was human error and not included in the vehicle. He offered to install remote starter at employees' cost of $549.00. Talking with Joe, Manager at Dorsch West where I purchased Explorer, he was sorry for the mistake and offered nothing further. My thought is that since they are a Ford dealer and I purchased a Ford from them, I should be able to rely on the information they provide on their website. After all, I found it on the internet. Again, I am very happy with the Explorer - just have that little bad taste in my mouth in the way this "mistake" was handled by the dealership.
