I have nothing against Kia vehicles but my heart just belongs to Ford. I did not appreciate someone telling me what type of vehicle to buy when I already had my mind made up. James did not listen to me nor seemed interested in what I had to say. Everyone else at Dorsch was fantastic and I may continue to do service at Dorsch but I because of the arrogance of James I decided to go to Broadway to purchase a Ford instead. More
