I was so thankful they took my car in right away. The check engine light was on and the Tim was replaced under recall. The customer service was great. They pulled my car up for me which was wonderful The check engine light was on and the Tim was replaced under recall. The customer service was great. They pulled my car up for me which was wonderful since I am disabled. The only thing I was disappointed in was I had my car in a year ago for shuttering when I drove and at that time thought it was the Tim and they said they didn’t get a reading on that and told me it was the clutches. I did not have them replaced. Now that the TCM has been replaced all issues including the shuttering is gone. I had to pay 200 hundred for the diagnostic when it was the TCM causing the shuttering. I would come to Dorsch ford again due to the great customer service I received this last time. More
