Oil Change and Tire Rotation With New Filter Thomas Stinson coordinated my 2018 Ford Fusion service with the Dorsch Service Team. He was very thorough, courteous, and followed the many protocols required during this Covid-19 virus. The team also included the complimentary car wash which was appreciated. It is easy to speak positively about my Dorsch service experience. I had some additional questions about a trade-in and a Ford Ranger. I made a sales contact with Greg Tolman. Warranty work on new vehicle was was completed well but the long road to get the work completed was terrible. After picking up new vehicle paint had to be touched up. No one ever call me to follow up on wa the long road to get the work completed was terrible. After picking up new vehicle paint had to be touched up. No one ever call me to follow up on warranty and I had to call more than 5 times over 2 weeks to get a response. Finally when I took my vehicle to collision center the dealership had no warranty paperwork completed and no rent a car waiting. Vehicle repair was late being completed due to no paperwork being filed with KIA. After a month of headaches the collision repair center did a good good and my vehicle looks good. The dealer needs to follow up on promised items and return calls. It is very simple to have good communication. More

I came to this dealership knowing I needed an SUV it had to have AWD and plenty of storage/cargo room. We travel all over the state for hockey during the winter months. I came in with an open mind, but more to have AWD and plenty of storage/cargo room. We travel all over the state for hockey during the winter months. I came in with an open mind, but more leaning towards a Kia Sorento. Pat Chady our salesman was extremely helpful and he knew his stuff. He showed us several options all different makes and models. Shortly before we left Pat mentioned buying a brand new Kia Sorento, we had to leave at the point due to other obligations. Pat sent all the information on buying brand new plus several purchasing options via texting. We decided to go that route and came back the next day. Not once during this process was Pat “pushy”, this was the easiest vehicle buying process! I love my new Kia Sorento! Thank you Pat and Dorsch for the best vehicle buying process ever! I will always recommend you guys! More

Went to Dorsch Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately as I drove in and then Was directed to Thomas who checked me in.
