Was disappointed with the service, and that is unusual, for two reasons. First, I brought my vehicle in at approx. 9:30 AM (and I did have an appointment) and I always leave it for the day. Having not re for two reasons. First, I brought my vehicle in at approx. 9:30 AM (and I did have an appointment) and I always leave it for the day. Having not received a phone call, I called after 3 PM only to learn that they were only then "looking over my car". I emphasized that I needed it back by the end of the day and they did return it back to me that day, but very likely due to haste, forgot to reset the oil service indicator which now flashes a message every time I start my car. Now I will have to bring the car back to have this reset. As I stated earlier, I was not happy with this service visit. I hope someone actually reads this and perhaps takes the trouble to reply back to me. Unfortunately, while most businesses badger customers with repeated requests to fill out these surveys, there usually is no reply returned, especially for complaints. I am hoping that someone from the dealership will surprise me in a pleasant way! More

This was the worst dealership I’ve been to in my entire lifetime. They sold me a car that needed a brand new engine and the car had less than 7,000 miles on it when I purchased it.
