Upon picking up our new car, Al walked us through the whole vehicle showing us options in detail. He took the time to set preferences based on our specific needs before we left the lot! Ryan Gendron also helped us finish the process, and got us the best financing. Going over many options to find the right one for us. He was also extremely knowledgeable about financing and warranty choices. Both Al and Ryan were friendly and intelligent! The whole experience was perfect. The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready when I came buy to pick it up, which was disappointing. I am not sure about the credibility of the 182 point certification process after this experience. The driver seat was/is stained, a replaced wiper blade was not installed properly, and the windshield of my vehicle was badly scratched. Fortunately, my sales representative made certain my vehicle’s windshield was replaced at the dealer’s expense. Someone at the service department dropped the ball checking this car. This drop has me a bit uncertain about the overall credibility of the Honda certification process. More
