So I came into the dealership to test drive a car. Didn't end up liking the car very much and before I left, Michele simply suggested looking to see what else they had on the lot. It was like I was going shopping with an old friend who had my best interest in mind. And when I said I didn't like a car, that was that. There were no efforts to try and get me into a specific car or to get into one at all. She simply allowed me to sit in as many cars as I wanted and test drive them until I found something i liked.
