Had an airbag recall. Appointment set. Drove for 45 mins. Was there about 45 mins Told it was done but tech said no parts. Have to reschedule now. Waste of a day. Only GM dealer around so screwed. The people where nice and friendly, nice selection of vehicles the price was fair. The only issue I have is when I bought my used pickup truck it had just been traded in and hadn't gone through the maint vehicles the price was fair. The only issue I have is when I bought my used pickup truck it had just been traded in and hadn't gone through the maintenance department yet, after deciding to buy the truck they sent it through to maintenance and found some issues and I think maybe some recalls so now I've been waiting over a week for my truck and haven't heard anything from them except they were waiting on parts that was a week ago. In my opinion they should send them through to be checked out first then detailed before putting them up for sale, right now I've taken the tag and insurance off my old truck and I'm left with no truck to pull my boat. More

LINDA AND DAN TOLD ME VAN WAS $34000. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIND IT. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME. THEY NEVER DID. FINANCE GUY TOLD ME THEY WERE EMBARRASSED AND THAT THE VAN WAS ACTUALL THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIND IT. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME. THEY NEVER DID. I giving a poor rating cause they make you feel like I'm wrong an they are right. Had to get a new tire 2 weeks ago an it's still losing air but wont do right by it ruined my rim when they put the so called wrong an they are right. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Gordon made sure I was completely satisfied. I didn't have this good of a warranty when I bought new. Even down to the financing.
