March 30, 2022 I purchased a Used 2017 Silverado Truck from this Dealership. It was and is the Worst Experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of driving!! Not only did I pay “Over” Kelly blue book (wh from this Dealership. It was and is the Worst Experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of driving!! Not only did I pay “Over” Kelly blue book (which I knew) but mechanically it has been nothing but a Nightmare. The salesman Mark Mileti, initially recommended I only drive a short distance due to construction in the area. After doing all the required paperwork-Mark went to fill the Truck up, but then on short drive back said there’s something wrong with way it’s handling??? Should have been 2nd red-flag. 2 hours Mark says: “should?” Be good, just take it home and let me know if any more issues. 1/2 way home the Transmission is acting up and super hesitant on every time I give it some gas. I call Mark, no problem, bring it back Friday, they work 1/2 day and say “should be good” On way home same issue, call Mark back - says bring it back Monday- another 1/2 day wasted and basically says “nothing more we can do” now I’m Super pissed, finally I ask if I can just get my old truck back I traded in- only been 3-4 days. Nope- that’s already been sold. As a Veteran, retired Law enforcement this is the last thing I would have ever imagined. I just sold this “LEMON” 2017 Silverado that I believe this dealership dumped on me. Read the fine-print, they charge you an additional 700.00 premium to buy their vehicles- and at the end of the day it’s “Only” about $$ for them. Never again-if this can help 1-future buyer….Buyer Beware!! More
