I normally deal with sophisticated buyers and their professional advisors - lawyers and CPA's. I discovered that CARL PICKETT was an exception to the rule. He is friendly without being insincere, knowledgeable without being arrogant and extremely professional in the way he handled my transaction. Internet Sales Manager John Cowen was very rude in an email response to me. He felt he was rude, but talking down to a customer is totally unacceptable. I received a email from JimTonelli telling me th email response to me. He felt he was rude, but talking down to a customer is totally unacceptable. I received a email from JimTonelli telling me that Mr. Cowen apologized and asked if he could assist me personally. This is NOT to me a apology from Mr. Cowen. He personally did not apologize. My husband went to the dealership today himself and was left standing there with no assistance at all. This is not a dealership that I would do business with. If you want to sell a car, then customer service is number 1 and I don't feel that Earnhardt proved the should be Number 1. More

John Cowan made this far and above the best car buying experience I've had (and I've 7 in the last 10 years). Aside from making it fun, he made it simple and no pressure, he got me a deal I didn't think experience I've had (and I've 7 in the last 10 years). Aside from making it fun, he made it simple and no pressure, he got me a deal I didn't think was possible...and all that without the usual back and forth stuff. He's knowledgeable about what he sells and helped me through the whole process including setting up the Sonata technology. I've not been excited about a car in a long time but I am now. John is the best!. I'm so impressed - and that's no bull! I also worked with Frank in Finance...he showed me my options with knowledge and and then showed me how I could get money back on my Warranty and GAP Insurance. He was terrific, too. Finally: a great experience buying a new car! I have always loved driving home in a new vehicle but dreaded the process required to get it off the lot. That changed on May 11, 2013 when I brought my always loved driving home in a new vehicle but dreaded the process required to get it off the lot. That changed on May 11, 2013 when I brought my new Azera to it's new home! Sean Pieper worked with me via email to establish a (great) price. Tristan Crook took me for a drive and worked the deal. When I told him I wanted a color they didn't have in stock, he found it off site, had it delivered and detailed and I was on my way. And Jim Tonelli never said no when Tristan had to hunt him down. A great deal kept getting a little better. There was no up selling. They quoted a good price and actually ended up lowering it despite the effort required to find the car. Ian Parker explained all of the forms he asked me to sign and when it was time to write the check, all the numbers added up. They even treated me to a burrito for lunch. I finally felt comfortable with the car buying ordeal. I'm very happy I found Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale. You will be too. More
