WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Charged you wife a $2000 dollar service fee on the purchase of a used car! Car broke down 5 minutes after she left dealership and they wouldn’t even tow the vehicle; and on top of t service fee on the purchase of a used car! Ricky was absolutely amazing! He kept me in the loop at each turn with our vehicle and made sure I understood everything I needed to get done on my car. As the daughter of a mechanic I really should be as each turn with our vehicle and made sure I understood everything I needed to get done on my car. As the daughter of a mechanic I really should be ashamed of how little I know, he broke everything down for me and made sure I understood why they were repairing this item and why I could wait on the others. As an added bonus, a gentleman who I am assuming is the GM noticed my bumper magnets and let me know that my daughter's cheer team is the team to beat! Go TUS! From the time that arrived all the way to end of the next day everything went well. Then, I was told that my car needed another repair done and I would be contacted following the weekend. After about six day day everything went well. Then, I was told that my car needed another repair done and I would be contacted following the weekend. After about six days of no response, it took me about two days to reach someone. I was told that service rep was no longer available and my work passed over to another service rep, which took a couple more days to get contact with. After servals days, I then was told that my warranty company had to contacted before the repair was to start and I would be called once that happened. A couple of days passed I still did not receive a call. So I commuted a hour to service department to see what was going on because I could not get a hold of anyone and my car was now in the shop for two weeks. When I arrived I had to talked with the manger in which he told that there was a "power outage" for a couple days and did not seem to have any knowledge of my situation, but was able to point me in the direction of my new service rep who I've had trouble getting in contact with for several. When I went to go talk with the rep, the conversation I would say was effective due to the face to face conversation (which was very inconvenient for me) we had instead of me trying to call several times a day over the last number of days. And, just a few days later (about three weeks in total) I received my car back. Overall, things did go very smooth at first and then got very sloppy and frustrating when my paperwork got passed on. A couple weeks after driving my car, I am still having an issue with my car that had been addressed before I got repairs done. I thought that the multiple repairs done on car would make that go away. So I'm hopeful this time around that issue can be resolved. More

Horrible price gauging the customers. My vehicle needed new brakes and rotors and the service dept wants to charge me 1,500 dollars. I FOUND A MECHANIC SHOP IN THE BRONX AND THEY DID THE JOB FOR $400 DOLLA new brakes and rotors and the service dept wants to charge me 1,500 dollars.
