I felt as if I knew him which was the reason I decided to go with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I was there with a friend who was returning a lease and knew that I wanted a Jeep but really had no intention of making that decision on that day. I was so comfortable that I thought to myself "it won't get any better than this." I didn't want to take the chance of ending up with someone that would just want to sell me without caring about what I wanted. In fact, what I wanted was not there and Javier not only hunted it down, I spoke with him as he was driving it back to the lot from Brooklyn. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that starts to talk about buying or leasing any car. I'm looking forward to going back and catching up over some coffee when it's time for the first oil change but truth be told you can feel comfortable enough to stop by if you're just in the neighborhood. Service snafu I recently bought a Nissan Altima (2015) from your dealership. I had to take it back because after heavy rain fell one weekend I saw some leakage com I recently bought a Nissan Altima (2015) from your dealership. I had to take it back because after heavy rain fell one weekend I saw some leakage coming from the "passenger pillar". Took it back to have the problem taken care of. Yasmin (form service dept,.)worked with me to have the problem resolved. I had to make serveral trips. Eventally it got fixed, so far I haven't seen any leaking, but i'll contine to monitor. More
